Welcome to the 12th Annual Noxen Mother’s Day Pow-Wow.
Gates open 10 A.M.
Grand Entry at NOON
Circle open: 12-6 Saturday and 12-5 Sunday
This is a demonstration of Native American Drums and Dancers in full regalia from multiple nations performing to educate on the traditions, dance styles and cultures of various Native American tribes. There will be Native Food and multiple hand-craft vendors including beadwork, shirts, leather,silversmith, feathers and furs, CD’s, blankets, healing herbal products…and much more!
Everyone MUST REGISTER upon ARRIVAL. ALL dancers, drummers, vendors
Volunteers are NEEDED, Please spare an hour so someone else can have an hour. We are ALL family and it takes a large family to put this gathering on. We are asking ALL to please step up. HELP is also needed in the planning stages. If you are local and can help with a few errands etc, please contact Natalie Bowersox. A volunteers will be entered in a chance to win $100.00.
Set-up days will be May 11th & 12th. Open to the public, free admission, donations welcome, hadicapped accessible, free parking, bring chairs.
Volunteers are needed for set up and tear down. If you can come early and stay late please let us know.

Sloppy Joe “Wimpie”contest Friday evening, free to enter, CASH prize to the winner. Cost is $1.00 per bowl. Meals provided for dancers, vendors and volunteers: Saturday and Sunday Breakfast, Saturday Evening Meal (Potluck –please bring a dish to share) and Sunday dinner provided. All others interested in joining us for a meal are welcome at a cost of $5.00 per person.
Please bring eating utensils, plates, etc.
Camping allowed, no reserve, first come first serve basis.
Electric is limited—$7.00 per day PAID UPON ARRIVAL
No Politics, Drugs, Drama, Alcohol, Guns
Committee has the right to remove anyone!

CHANGES: Due to the enormous amount of time taken from the pow-wow committee the following changes have to be implemented as we are a growing family. We have to adjust as we grow.
We are asking all vendors to please have 2 raffle items ready at the time of registration.
All family requiring electric service is asked to pay for it in full at the time of registration.
ALL dogs must be licensed , on a leash, current rabies, BRING your paperwork with you. NO EXCEPTIONS. For the safety of ALL. You MUST clean up after your animals everywhere and anywhere. It is not the job of the pow-wow committee to clean up after all the animals before we return the grounds to the fire company.
We are looking for items for our raffle & auction again……….to our dancers, drummers, crafters, etc. please consider donation an item for raffle. Donations help to defray the costs of this huge event.
